The Astoria family estate is located in the rolling hills of the Veneto Region of Italy, just north of Venice. Giorgio Polegato is the third generation family member to oversee the Astoria Vini. The grapes are hand harvested to ensure that only the ripest berries are chosen for their wines. The Cuvée Astoria Lounge Prosecco is produced using two different grape varieties, with 90% Prosecco, and blended with 10% Chardonnay.
The Cuvée Astoria Lounge Prosecco has a soft straw color to it, and aromas of apple, pear, and yeast. In the mouth are flavors of apple, pear, some nuttiness, and minerality. This Prosecco is smooth, and easy to drink, with a nice bubbly finish to it.
